Thailand Domestic Shipment
Shipping Company: EMS
Delivery Estimate Time: 2-3 business days
Cost of Shipment:
Purchase < 1,500 Baht: 70 Baht/shipment
Purchase > 1,500 Baht: Free shipping

International Shipment
Shipping Company: FeDex or DHL
Delivery Estimate Time: 5-7 business days
Cost of Shipment:
Purchase < 150 USD: 30 USD/ shipment
Purchase > 150 USD: Free shipping
Note ** Excluding duty/brokerage fees that may or may not occur at destination. All these costs are for purchaser.

RETURNS PROCEDURE
We can issue a full refund for orders returned within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged & in their original packaging.
For articles to be returned, please send email to returns@careywomen.com & provide all details of product, order number & date of purchase. We will send you a shipping label so it can be attached to the parcel & sent through our courier service nominated.

**Note: We cannot accept returns for any product that have been used or removed from their original packaging. (Sanitary reasons)
**Note: All refunds will be processed after we have received the products returned & inspected to our standard satisfaction. Allow 7-14 business days after receipt of products before refunds are activated.
**Note: All refunds, after acceptance confirmation, will appear in your credit card statement after 10 business days.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE
Exchanges can be made for other products instead of refund for orders within 30 days of purchase.
All items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged & in their original packaging.
For articles to be exchanged, please send email to returns@careywomen.com & provide all details of product, order number & date of purchase as well as the product you would like to exchange for. We will send you a shipping label so it can be attached to the parcel & sent through our courier service nominated.
** Note: You can also exchange your return product for another product should you choose to do so. When you email us at returns@careywomen.com about your returns, mentioned clearly you would like to exchange if for which of our product & we will process it after receiving the returned product & inspection.
