What Size Should I Buy?
Our product is made in one factory so fit should be accurate and consistent. Find the style and size you like, it will be just the same next time you order. If you have questions you can email us your measurements at email@example.com. Otherwise, use the below information to help you select the right size. You can also check the size chart measurements available on all pages displaying our products on sale.

Carey CXS is designed in Thailand by our prominent senior Brazilian designer & young Thai talents.
All Carey CXS products are manufactured in Thailand by well established BSCI certified factories. BSCI is an independent, nonprofit team of global social compliance experts dedicated to promoting safe, lawful, humane & ethical manufacturing features through education & certification.

What are your online store shipping fees?
We offer a flat rate of 30 USD per shipment for international shipping (outside Thailand) and free shipping for all international purchases valued more than 200 USD per order and per shipment.
Unless otherwise noted or mentioned, all orders are shipped with delivery information but not signature confirmation. Signature confirmation can be provided upon request with extra charge to be advise on case to case basis. We recommend to use Signature confirmation delivery if you require the orders to be delivered to a unsecure location. Once delivery is confirmed, orders cannot be reshipped or refunded. Carey CXS is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen from the confirmed delivery location.
What’s the status of my online store order? How do I track my order?
You will receive a confirmation email of the your order placement as well as a second email confirming the shipment, the shipment parcel number & company so tracing can be done directly.
What countries do you ship to? What about duties? Is there anywhere you don’t ship?
We can ship to almost all countries. Any duties that may or may not be incurred at destination of any country Carey CXS ship to are not the responsibility of Carey CXS. All said duties are the responsibility of the buyers.

How do I know if the product I want is available?
All products listed on the website are available. Occasionally, inventory discrepancies may occur due to prior sale units haven’t been electronically updated. If this happens, your order will be held & you will be immediately notified of such error before processing your order.
